Fun-loving, Christian female group house is looking to fill a private room in the Columbia Heights/U Street Corridor neighborhood. The move-in date is flexible, anytime late December through late January!
The home:
Large, open concept with spacious layout, cozy shared spaces, lots of storage, covered front porch, and back patio with a fire pit. Centrally located halfway between Columbia Heights and U Street metro stops, with easy access to Adams Morgan, Mt Pleasant, Logan Circle, Bloomingdale, and Park View. A seriously unbeatable location in a gorgeous home!
The room:
Huge, bright bedroom with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a mantle. Lots of light for plants and plenty of room for furniture. $1100 per month plus utilities. See photos here.
The ladies:
Keli, Kelsey, and Taylor are all in their mid-to-late 20’s and attend Grace Capital City. They love hosting groups of friends on the back patio around the fire pit, trying new healthy recipes, and watching Hallmark Christmas movies. Though they all have their own lives and friend groups, they enjoy sharing meals and finding organic time to spend together. They are looking for a clean, friendly, Christian lady who values community!
