• Medium sized 3rd floor bedroom available immediately. Spacious room with south-facing windows and a standard sized closet. Full bathroom shared with one other female housemate. Rent: $760 per month plus utilities.
The row house is shared with 4 other professional women in their 20s and 30s. Common space on the first floor is spacious with high ceilings and includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and back patio. Shared washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. Utilities are shared equally among all house members (typically $100-130 per month). One resident is currently paying for the parking spot in the back so other house members have $25 off of rent.
The house is conveniently located just off of several bus routes, including the G2 and G8/9 and is a short (10 minute/6 block) walk from the Shaw metro station.
