1 Bedroom apartment for $1400 Potomac Yard, Alexandria, VA
Looking for someone to sublease my apartment for 5 months. I’ll pay $400 to the rent and you pay $1400. (My lease is for $1800). I move out this month so the apartment is available from Jan 1 to May 31, 2021. But you can also sign a longer term lease if you like.
The apartment has all stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, wood like floors, updated bathroom and washer/dryer in the apartment.
It’s a block away from Target and other stores. 5 minutes to Del Ray, 6 mins to Old Town, 8 mins to DCA. Close to Pentagon City.
