Hello, we are looking for a Christian male to replace an outgoing roommate. Room is available starting 21 December 2020. The room is the master bedroom, and has it's own private bathroom. It's located on the third floor of a 4br/3.5bath townhouse. The townhouse has three other guys and is normally quiet and peaceful, as the other roommates are busy professionals between late 20s to early 30s. All roommates are clean, considerate, and respectful. No smoking please. We rotate some chores (like taking out the trash), and there is a maid that comes in once a month to clean(an additional $25/month per person, factored in with monthly utilities). Common areas are available for everyone's use, with a dishwasher, living room, storage room, washer and dryer. Master bedroom also has an indoor garage parking spot. It is a nice neighborhood to live in, and is very close to the Dulles airport (about 2.5 miles away) and the 267 Toll Road.
