Seeking CF roommate in Fairfax house - $600/mo including utilities
This is a great find at an amazing price. At $600/month including all utilities, it will likely be the best value you'll find in this area. The house is spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large backyard with a deck, plenty of parking available, both in the driveway and on the cul de sac. The neighborhood is very quiet and is walking distance from George Mason University.
The bedroom is specious enough to fit a twin bed, dresser, and desk, and has a good sized closet. There are beautiful wood floors. You would share a bathroom in the hall with 2 other girls. The other housemates are Christian females in their late twenties. They are all clean, quiet, and respectful. We have a fair chore system that ensures that the house stays clean.
The landlords are very kind and caring people who are attentive to the needs of the house. It is not uncommon for them to ask us if we need prayer or to check in with us. This has been a very peaceful living situation.
