Hi there! Our house is looking for a roommate to fill a room this coming January. Our lovely home is right in the center of Clarendon and perfect for the walking commuter!

Here are the details: 

• The room is on the main level - So beautiful, spacious && quietly tucked away with natural sunlight
• Rent is $875/month + utilities $50-$75/month
• Less than 10 minute walk to courthouse metro, Clarendon metro, Trader Joe's
  
• We are close to everything (shopping/restaurants/grocery/park/trails) 

A little about the roommates:

This is a fun and lively house filled woth kind-hearted ladies  who are young professionals in their 20s and living the DC dream. They each lead their own  lives, but come together under one roof as sisters who enjoy hanging out!
