Master Bedroom Available in Clarendon/Courthouse - Looking for female roommate

$1200 - Huge master bedroom for rent in a cute group home in Clarendon/Courthouse! It’s less than a ten minute walk to either metro station, has a driveway and good street parking, is in a safe neighborhood with dozens of restaurants, and has a beautiful front porch! The house is furnished (the room is not) and has excellent storage and a fire pit in the backyard. Roommates are clean and friendly, are taking covid precautions, and enjoy taking walks, eating takeout at home and watching movies together! Looking for someone to move in by mid-January with some flexibility to be earlier, including December. Please reach out if you’re interested or have questions. Thanks!
