$800 Room Available in 3BR Apartment in Columbia Heights
Hello! Thank you for your interest in the $800/mo room we have available in our three-bedroom apartment. We are looking for a Christian female to fill the room by December 1. The room is around 8'x9.5' and has a very large walk-in closet. It is great for light sleepers as it doesn't have a window. You would share a bathroom with one other roommate.
Our apartment/About us
We’re a friendly community that enjoys each other's company in the common space. We are two Christian females in our 30s and would describe ourselves as kind, courteous, and creative. We love music, dancing, reading, cooking, and board games. During COVID, we have been taking CDC protocol seriously meaning we do not have group gatherings indoors and few guests. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We also have a huge common space- we call it our yoga studio. 
If you have a mat, we'd love you to join us. Full laundry in the apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on our current lease. Utilities are included except the internet which runs about $30/month.
The Neighborhood
Cute neighborhood called “Park View” within walking distance from Petworth and Columbia Heights. On the 70/79 and 64 bus lines if you need to get downtown. There’s a fabulous bagel shop (Call your Mother Deli), corner shop (Odd Provisions), coffee shop (Doubles DC), and lots of great restaurants… within a few blocks. We have a small shared back patio with the apartment building with tables and chairs. Streetside parking only.
