Spacious master bedroom in a SW Waterfront townhouse for $837.50 + utilities. 

-Looking for a nice, respectful, and easy going woman to move in January 15 and take over the rest of the lease (ends in June)
-Share townhouse with 3 lovely females working in education, tech, and nursing fields
-Share bathroom in bedroom with one roommate (just for showering)
-Easy walk to 2 metro stops (Federal Center SW and Waterfront), Safeway, The Wharf, and The Mall
-Amazing morning lighting
-COVID conscious
-No pets, no smoking
