CM: BEAUTIFUL ROOM IN COLUMBIA HEIGHTS (RENT IS 857 + UTILITIES)

Hi all

We are looking for a new roommate to join the Fairmont House in Columbia Heights at the corner of 13th and Fairmont with a move-in date starting December 5th.

The room is a very large, shared room with four south-facing windows and a fireplace.  The massive three-story house (5 BR, 2.5 bath) has an abundance of common space including the entire first floor (large living room, den, large dining room, and full kitchen), a back deck, front patio, and beautiful third-floor library complete with exposed brick, built-in bookshelves, wood-burning stove, and a loft. 

The house is shared with 5 other Christian guys committed to intentionally living with hangouts every week. We all go to different churches around the city.  We are looking for a friendly, responsible roommate who is interested in being a part of our house community. The location is an easy walk to Columbia Heights metro (8 mins), U Street, Adams Morgan, grocery shopping, Target, and a lot more. The price is approximately $890 per month, including utilities (rent is $857). We have an annual Christmas party and serve the community in various ways.
