CF- Private Room Available in Vienna ($710/mo)- A calm oasis in crazy DC life!
The cost: Monthly rent is $710 (with one month's rent as deposit), and a 3-way split of all other expenses, including power, gas, water, and wireless internet (usually around $100/month). Available mid-December.
What would be yours: 1 BR and shared BA. Your roommates: 2 active, tidy, professional Christian women in their 20s and 30s.
What you would share: A quiet, 1500 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that has hardwood floors, modern appliances, fireplace, dining room, large kitchen and living room. Communal areas are furnished. Two assigned parking spots are available, as well as street parking in one of the safest areas of Northern Virginia.
Other particulars: The condo is in the heart of downtown Vienna near all the amenities this walkable community has to offer. The W&OD trail and community center are around the block, Wholefoods and Giant are right down the street. For getting to work/school- the Vienna metro stop, 66, 495, and Tysons Corner are within two miles.
