We are 3 young female professionals in our 20’s looking to fill our wonderful home with another young woman.

The space available includes a private room and bath with a shared kitchen. This space is located in Capitol Hill/ Kingman Park and is available ASAP for $1,050 per month (not including utilities).

12x22 living room
Nearly 700 sq ft of living space
Private bath
Private entrance
Parking behind security gate
Shared laundry and kitchen
