Please note - no separate entrance to the basement. You will use the front door and walk through the house to go into the basement.

$1,200 including utilities. Security deposit required.

Everything is new - kitchenette and new appliances, full bathroom, washer & dryer.

Street parking. Access to backyard and porch.

.2 miles/5-7 minute walk to Anacostia metro (green line)

New Starbucks is one block away.

1 mile/5 min drive to 2 Harris Teeters

1.5 miles to Trader Joes

1.5 miles to Whole Foods

Bus routes 90, B2, P6, W2, W6, W8 all on the same block.
