Seeking CF Roommate for Clarendon Home
We're a group of 20s and early-30s Christian women looking for a new roommate in our cozy and fun 4 bedroom Clarendon home! We're friendly and hardworking people who value Christian community. Our current roommate is moving out because she's getting married. Our ideal roommate loves Jesus, is considerate and mature, involved in church and joins us for occasional house dinners and movie nights.
We're in a perfect, walkable location just five minutes from the Clarendon Metro, Trader Joes and the GMU Arlington campus.
The Custis Trail is easily accessible. There's plenty of street parking too. Our house has an open dining and living area, hardwood floors throughout, and lots of basement storage.

The upstairs master bedroom is available for $1062. The 6 month lease starts January 1, 2021 and goes through June 30, 2021 with the option to renew.
No pets. No smoking. No overnight boyfriends.
