Room available in Friendship Heights shared house with four other women for $540/mo + utilities (usually run about $100), available as early as November 24th. Located in a quiet, beautiful residential neighborhood it is walking distance to the Metro Red Line Friendship Heights and Tenleytown stops, as well as bus stops that can take you across town or downtown. Walking distance to grocery stores, and shopping. Great porch and backyard which have been used extensively during the pandemic. Laundry in the basement. Room can be unfurnished or if you need furniture there is a bed, dresser, shelves and a window air conditioning unit that were in the room for sale. Plenty of on-street parking if you have a car.
