Spacious basement apartment in Falls Church single family home available Immediately! Utilities incl
Fully renovated private basement apartment with complete kitchen, bedroom, full bath dining room and living room available for rent. Currently living in upper levels of the house (which is completely separate from basement apartment) is a family of four and two other roommates.
The bedroom in the apartment is approximately 12'11" x 12'2". Full private bath has a shower. Fully functioning kitchen area with modern appliances measures 10"5" x 12'11". The living room area is quite spacious, measuring 12'10" x 24'6". There is plenty of room for a large couch, TV, and dining room furniture. Wired ethernet plus cable TV hookups available in both the living room and bedroom. Wi-fi and full cable package also included. There is a laundry room that is shared with the rest of the house on the basement floor, outside the apartment area. There is a private entrance as well as a private patio area outside the apartment and private parking in driveway (for one car). Apartment boasts of good amounts of natural light even from the basement level.
The house also has 2 short-haired friendly cats that only live upstairs. They are confined to a few areas of the house.
House is located in Falls Church, inside the beltway, near route 50 and Annandale road (about 3 miles away from 495/66). Nearest metro is 3 miles away (East Falls Church metro stop). Close to major shopping areas, and a Giant is located within a mile drive or a 15 minute walk. Metro Bus stop is right in front of the house which goes straight to the metro.
Cost of room is $1450 including utilities. A security deposit of $1450 will be required to secure the lease but will be applied to the last month's rent if no damages occur. Apartment available November 1st. Commitment to one year lease preferred.
