A 1 bedroom basement (~700sqft) in South Arlington is available for short or long term rent. The basement has a full bathroom with a half kitchen that includes a sink, full size oven, and microwave. There is a separate entrance on the side of the house. A washer and dryer is included in unit. The main house tenants may be occasionally occupied by Airbnb guests at certain periods in between longer term rentals. There are currently 2 long-term occupants upstairs in the main house. The basement door that connects to the main house is locked and all parts of this space is fully private. There is plenty of on street parking right in front of the house.
