Hello! I’m looking for a CF to rent one room in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the Virginia Square/Ballston area of Arlington. In a great location just a couple of blocks from the Ballston or VA Square metro and the neighborhood is great for walking or if you have a car. Apartment includes washer/dryer in unit, open kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, spacious living areas, porch, and good storage space. The building has a pool, workout room, and monthly garage parking. Unfortunately, no pets. Rent is $1275, including utilities (except cable/internet). Room is available starting 1 March .
