Seeking professional 20s/30s female housemate (1) for a very affordable bedroom
available in a beautiful row house in the heart of Bloomingdale this December. Pictures and info:

The available room:
● Small-Medium sized 2nd floor bedroom available December 19th. The room is 12x10 ft and has two windows (great lighting!). Room includes a narrow walk-in closet. Full bathroom shared with one other female housemate. Rent: $645 per month plus utilities.
Note: The move in date is flexible within the month of December if you’d like to move in sooner. There is some furniture available in the room at a high discount.
The row house is shared with 4 other professional women in their 20s/30s. Common space on the first floor is spacious with high ceilings and includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and back patio. Shared washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. Utilities are shared equally among all house members (typically $100-130 per month). One resident is currently paying for the parking spot in the back so other house members have $25 off of rent. The house is conveniently located just off of several bus routes, including the G2 and G8/9 and is a short (10 minute/6 block) walk from the Shaw metro station. Several popular restaurants and bars are within 1-3 minute walking distance (Boundary Stone, Big Bear, Tyber Creek Wine Bar, Red Hen, Bacio Pizzeria, Aroi, Hopscotch, Sylvan's and more).
