Room Available Immediately for a CF near Stadium and Armory Metro
We are looking for a CF to join our house. This is a great situation particularly for those looking to find a furnished, cheerful home while in the District.
The room is immediately available for $600/mo. It is fun-sized, furnished with a twin bed, comes with closet. You will be sharing a bathroom with two other ladies. We are on different schedules so this hasn't been a problem. Deposit is one month's rent so $600. This room is great for a gal on a budget.
We live a 1-minute walk away from the Stadium Armory metro stop, with access to the blue, orange, and silver lines; we're about a 20-minute walk from Eastern Market and Trader Joe's. In-house washer and dryer, dishwasher, as well a large backyard. Plenty of street parking. You'll be living with other Christian ladies in a house of 4, all in our twenties and who enjoy keeping the house tidy, friendly, and hospitable. Our landlord is great and responsive. Utilities average about $80-100/mo depending on the season.
