ISO CF for 1 BR in 3 BR Apt in Columbia Heights/Park View
Hello lovelies! Thank you for your interest in the bedroom available in the 3-bedroom apartment. One of our roomies is GETTING MARRIED! YAY! Which means, she will be moving out at the end of November. Her room is a beautiful 12'x12' room with south-facing windows (heaven for fellow plant lovers). You would share a bathroom with one female who lives in the other adjacent room. We are a fun-loving community that loves dance, yoga, pizza, plants, and board games. On Wednesday nights, we usually gather around the dining table and share a meal and catch up or play games. We are both in our early 30s but are very young at heart. We hope to find someone who is kind and courteous. We also believe that communication is super important especially in COVID-times.
The Apartment has a huge shared space with an open concept floorplan. We have a plant corner, a creative corner, an open kitchen and dining room. The house also has a shared back patio for outdoor hangs. During COVID, we are asking that our roommates not bring guests aside from significant others or a best friend, for the safety of our household.
If you are interested in living with us, we are asking that you fill out the Roommate Questionnaire and we will get back to you ASAP.
