We are a home of three, professional Christian women in our mid-20's, and we're looking for a fourth housemate!
The house is in Dominion Hills neighborhood. Seven Corners Shopping Center is a five-minute drive and has a Target, Safeway, Giant, CVS, and Chick Fil A.
Your room would be upstairs and you would share a full bath with two other girls. There is also a bathroom downstairs for anyone to use. The basement is split in two, one side for active use with two couches, a table, and bookshelves. The other side with a washer, dryer and storage space. The backyard is spacious and great for hosting outdoor events. We have seating, a fire pit, and a grill. Parking is ample with two driveway spaces and free street parking.
Although we all have our own schedules, when time permits, we enjoy activities together such as watching movies, baking and hosting.
Rent is $700/month and utilities are about $80 including internet and lawn care.
