Medium sized 3rd floor bedroom available November 22nd. Spacious room with south facing windows and a standard sized closet. Full bathroom shared with one other female housemate. Rent: $760 per month plus utilities.
The row house is shared with 3 other professional women in their mid/late 20s and early 30s. Common space on the first floor is spacious with high ceilings and includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and back patio. Shared washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. Utilities are shared equally among all house members (typically $100-130 per month). One resident is currently paying for the parking spot in the back so other house members have $25 off of rent.
