Big bedroom w/ private bath in Capitol Hill for CF $1600, available end of December
We have a large master bedroom in a converted Capitol Hill row home apartment that will be available at the end of December. The room has three big windows that provide great natural light and a gorgeous private bathroom attached. The room would also be a great work-from-home space with plenty of room for a desk.
The location is in the heart of Capitol Hill, just a 10-minute walk from the Eastern Market Metro stop and nearby several bus lines. The Capitol building, Union Station and Eastern Market are all easily within walking distance, and the apartment is close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Giant. Barracks Row restaurants and fitness studios are also walkable.
One of the apartment’s best features is a large kitchen with lots of counter space and storage. The common area is shared with two clean, friendly CFs in our 20s. The apartment was remodeled two years ago, so all appliances and finishes are new. The apartment has in-unit laundry as well.
Street parking is available, and the neighborhood is very friendly and safe. The landlord is attentive and responsive to any questions or needs. No pets allowed under the lease. Utilities are split with roommates, totaling around $65/month. Lease is a year long.
