Male / Room available immediately in Capitol Hill Rowhouse - $900/month + utilities
Starting immediately, we have a room open in our Capitol Hill
rowhouse.
$900/month + utilities
Room is on the top floor and gets great light. You would share a
bathroom and common areas of the 4BA / 2.5 BA rowhouse. Approx. 10x14
The building is relatively
new construction (about 5 years old) and includes fully updated appliances,
open floor plan, and incredible light throughout the unit.
We are within a block
of the metro (Blue/Orange/Silver) and multiple bus lines, have easy access to
the freeway for drivers, and street parking near the house is always easy.
Utilities
average about $30-40 per month and include gas, electric, and cable/internet.
Water is included in rent.
One month’s rent required as security deposit. Should you move in part way through the month, we will pro-rate the rent for October.

Roommates:
- Roommate 1 (early 30s, male) – Works in emergency response and healthcare and has been in the DC area for several years. Work schedule keeps him away from the house much of the time.
- Roommate 2 (early 30s, male) – Health security analyst currently working from home and has lived in the DC area for nearly 10 years. Interests (at least in the “before times”) include travel, spending time with friends at local breweries and beer gardens, and making and/or enjoying good food.
- Roommate 3 (mid 30s, male) – Videographer and designer for a local church and has been in the DC area for about 5 years. Interests include Film, Art, Theater, and spending time with friends.
