Room Available in Ballston (Great Location)

One room available beginning November 1st (or possibly sooner). $775/month and move in dates are flexible. 2Bed/2Bath house with a basement and backyard/frontyard that is only a 0.7 mile walk to Ballston MU. The room available is on the main floor and share the downstairs bathroom. Myself and another young professional will continue to live upstairs. We are looking for clean and respectful guys who appreciate a quiet house with cheap rent in a great location. If you like to golf and watch college football, that’s a plus.
