Room for rent near Ballston Metro/$850 a month/looking for CM

Looking for a CM to take over my lease in group house near Ballston Metro in Arlington. $850 a month, utilities not included. Three other CMs live in the house. You would share a bathroom with one other person. Washer/dryer on site. Safe and quiet neighborhood, plenty of street parking, 5 min walk from Ballston metro and great bars/restaurants.
