Room for rent in Arlington - CM - $725 plus utilities
We have a 2nd floor bedroom in a house of Christian guys in Arlington. The house is pretty new, has large common spaces and a huge back yard/deck. The room is being rented for $725 per month plus your share of utilities. The room is a good size and has a nice closet. Bathroom is shared with one other housemate.There’s ample street parking, some driveway and garage space, and lots of easy access to tons of bus lines on Columbia Pike (200 yards away). Easy and quick commute into DC.There are presently 5 guys in this 6 bedroom house, so we are hunting for a CM to replace the gentleman that just moved out. We are neat, orderly, and professional men, prefer if you are respectful and responsible. Don't be surprised if you come home and someone is treating BBQ grilled meats sometimes.The house is near the intersection of Glebe Rd. and Columbia Pike. The address is 3705 9th St. S, Arlington, VA 22204.The room is available on October 3rd or 4th (first weekend).
