Rent our condo in Kingman Park!
Our condo in Kingman Park is a 2bd/1ba condo for $2100. Water, trash, AMAZING neighbors, and very friendly landlords come with the rent! The condo includes high ceilings, a shared green space and a private deck that is great for grilling. For photos of the place, click the link at the end of the message. If you want more photos, we can share more! Off-street parking may be possible (our downstairs neighbor owns a parking spot but no car), but on-street parking is never an issue. Closest intersection is 18th Pl NE and D St NE. It is 4 blocks from the Stadium/Armory Metro station, one block from the D6 stop, 5 blocks from The Fields at RFK (which are AWESOME), 5 blocks from Rosedale Pool/Rec Center/Library. Also if it matters, in bounds for Maury Elementary.
