CF!! Beautiful Single Room $900/month in Shaw/Bloomingdale, Move in: ASAP-end of September
Opening in our lovely row house nestled in the charming neighborhood of Bloomingdale/Shaw.
The room: $900/month + utilities, and has great closet space, a large window, and easily fits a full mattress, and also has a small nook for a desk.
The house, which is quite spacious, is in an awesome location/neighborhood: the Shaw/Bloomingdale area, and it is within walking distance of three parks. Your house has plenty of storage in the basement (including a top of the line washer and dryer), beautiful kitchen with red and white brick accents, back patio with string lights, and plenty artwork which makes the house feel homey and warm. We also have a cleaning service that comes once a month and is included in utilities.
About the roommates: Three Christian woman in their twenties and early thirties: a California lawyer who loves to hike, a historic artifacts conservator who is an incredible cook and a kind soul, and a Philly consultant who makes a mean sour dough! (Yes she makes bread from scratch!) We are all pretty independent, but we value time together sharing a good conversation over a glass of whine, or fun TV show.
About you: You are a kind, Christian women in her mid or late twenties to thirties, who is looking for a lovely group home. You are tidy, and drama-free, and enjoy a nice conversation with those you live with.
Unfortunately we cannot have cats or dogs due to allergies.
