One Bedroom, One Bathroom Basement Apartment - $985/Month!
This apartment is nestled in a historic Capitol Hill row house with great natural light! It is walkable to Union Station, H Street, and Eastern Market. The house is located right on the corner of Stanton Park, so is the perfect walking distance to everything. The apartment includes a massive bedroom, a small kitchenette, your own bathroom, built in shelving, living/sitting area that is perfect for your WFH setup, and a very large storage area. You also would have your own entrance, which goes to the fenced in backyard.
There are four other women who live in the main house that you would share a beautifully furnished living/dining area and full kitchen with, and there is also access to a shared washer/dryer on the basement level just outside your apartment. The housemates are all independent and communal and a delight to live with. Rent is $985 per month + utilities which are $50-$75 per month.
