$705 - Seeking CF to fill large private basement room and bathroom in Oakton/Vienna townhouse
Looking for CF young professional to fill spacious and private basement bedroom with full private bathroom in a townhouse in the Oakton/Vienna area.
TONS of space to spread out during quarantine!
Your room and full bathroom are private in the basement. Shared space with three other CF young professionals is the basement common area, main floor common area, kitchen, patio, and ample storage space.
Available Sept 1.
Free Washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit
Two large common areas already furnished
Lovely patio with grill
Free pool access in neighborhood
1.5 miles from Vienna metro
Quiet and residential community
Two free parking spots + street parking is available
Rent is $705 plus utilities ($85-90/month for internet/electric; water is roughly $50 every quarter).
Three other CF 30-31 year olds also live in the townhouse on the top floor. We are all respectful and low-key.
Rental application required as well as one-time refundable security deposit ($662.50).
