My name is Jacob, and I am moving with my wife and daughter to DC next month for a congressional internship. We are looking for a small space that can commute to the Capitol fairly easily. We are hoping for on site laundry (for the little one) and something close to the metro. We are very flexible on other amenities and commute times, just trying to get by. We don’t smoke, or have pets, and the baby will ensure that we won’t be having a wild social life! We would prefer to keep rent under 1400, which I know is a long shot.
