We are offering a finished basement suite that includes 2 rooms and your own bathroom.
We are a group of 3 young Christian guys looking for a 4th chill guy who can move in to replace our friend who is moving out. It’s a great, good sized house in a beautiful neighborhood.
We don’t host many big parties, just watch sports and hang out together. We have a 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bath house with a nice deck in the backyard. Very metro accessible so easy access to the city. We have a working washer and dryer. Street parking available and garage storage.
