Roommates
Melanie is a young professional working in office in McLean/Tysons. She lives a very active life and loves to exercise, attend small groups, hike, bike, run, cook, and explore the area! She attends Grace Community Church and works with the youth ministries and young adults group.
Marissa is a young professional who works from home. She's home most of the time, however enjoys exploring the DC area, going for walks around the neighborhood, movie nights with her fiancé, and playing with Chloe. Chloe is a 2-year old Siamese/tabby mix cat. She's independent, kind to everyone, never uses her claws and easily keeps us entertained with her antics.

Our unit is on the top floor, recently renovated with new floors and appliances. We have gorgeous morning sun and beautiful tree-line views. The common areas and kitchen are well furnished. We have not heard our neighbors at all. Yaass! The building has laundry, gym, dog-park, community rooms, billiards, and a pool.
The rent for the room is $870. Parking is $25 a month. Utilities vary each much but average $70 a month.
Neighborhood – East Falls Church
We love this central location! We are a 15-minute walk to East Falls Church metro station, which is on the Orange and Silver lines. Walking distance to the WoD and Custis trail, which connects to multiple trails throughout Arlington, DC, Old Town Alexandra and further west. A 20-minute walk to Fall Church City and Westover, which has great restaurant, bars, grocery stores. Less than a 5-minute drive to Target and multiple grocery stores and shops. Conveniently located to I-66 and Rt 50.
