Looking for late 20s/early 30s young professional female to fill spacious and private basement bedroom with full bathroom in a townhouse.Available Sept 1.

- 1.5 miles from Vienna metro
- Quiet and residential community
- Two free parking spots + street parking is available
Rent is $705 plus utilities ($85-90/month for internet/electric; water is roughly $50 every quarter).Three other 30-31 year old females also live in the townhouse on the top floor.
