Room in private apartment in BEAUTIFUL, TRANQUIL HILLCREST, SE DC! 795/m, utilities included
Sun-filled room available in two-bedroom private daylight basement apartment in BEAUTIFUL, TRANQUIL TREE-LINED HILLCREST, "DC's Best Kept Secret," just 3 blocks off Pennsylvania Ave, 7 mins to Eastern Market, 8 mins to the Capitol. This is a 900 sq ft private unit with its own entrance in a gardened area facing the large, terraced, back yard. Off-street parking in the driveway with plenty of unmetered street parking for friends/family when visiting.
Current tenant is a young CF professional (currently teleworking from another state) with an adorable, friendly dog that loves people and is always up for a belly rub. Prospective roommates should be clean and friendly. No smoking. No new pets, please.
Landlord lives in the upper levels of the house. Unit includes living room/dining areas, kitchen, bathroom, storage, laundry. Outdoor garden & patio spaces are perfect for relaxing in nature and (safely) gathering with friends/family.
