Master bedroom in beautiful CoHi townhome
Furnished master bedroom in a great location for a great price!
The room is spacious with good closet space, its own private bathroom, and comes furnished with a bed, dresser and bookshelf (optional). House is shared with two other professional women in their mid/late twenties. House culture is friendly and mellow, with common areas kept tidy but lived in. In their spare time, housemates enjoy reading, gardening, cooking, movies, dabbling in hobbies like learning guitar. House includes a spacious downstairs living/dining area, kitchen, downstairs half bath, a washer and dryer, and a deck with a backyard. Located on a quiet side street in a great neighborhood, just a 3 minute walk from the Petworth metro, 5 minute walk from Safeway, and 10 minute walk from Yes Organic, Target, Giant and the shops on 14th street.
Tenant will be asked to sign a 12-month lease starting Sept 1 at $1,100 per month plus electricity and gas (water is included). The room is available as sublet early as August 5 at a pro-rated rate of $250 per week.
