Room Available for CF in Beautiful Fort Washington Home
Hello!
We are looking for one female to fill one of the rooms in our lower-level apartment! We live in a beautiful house in Fort Washington, MD, right off of 210, 5 minutes from I-95/295. So if you want to live close to DC, but not in it, we have your answer!
Our house is a by-level, single family house in a quiet neighborhood. My husband and I live in the upper level and we have one housemate in our two bedroom lower-level apartment. The lower-level apartment has a shared common space and a bathroom, as well as two bedrooms (one for rent). The lower-level apartment also has a separate entrance.
We are all 20-30 somethings and are hoping to rent this room out to a fun and sweet person!
The room can be available at the end of August
No smoking or drugs allowed. Moderate drinking is ok. No pets.
Rent is $600.
Deposit is $600
Utilities are $100-$150/month (including electricity, water, and internet)
