$1275 Master bedroom with en suite bathroom in Shaw Row house
Hi everyone! I have a room (with an en suite bathroom) available beginning asap at a beautiful, safe, and conveniently located row house in Shaw.
We are walking distance to Giant, Trader Joe's, multiple coffee shops, restaurants, green/yellow line metro, and 14th street.
Roommates are two young professional women. Rent is $1275 a month and utilities range from $90-120 per person. Please message me if you're interested and want to see pictures!
We have a parking spot included with rent but unfortunately do not allow pets. However my landlord will make exceptions for registered emotional support/service animals!
