Seeking roommate to join CMs 1 block from Vienna Metro, private bedroom

We are 4 Christian men who are looking for a 5th one to join us. Things to know about the house

- 3 story townhouse with high end finishes and a chef's grade kitchen, newly installed hardwood and fresh paint all throughout, quartz countertops with a beautiful deck and backyard. 

- located one block away from the Orange line Vienna Metro and less than a mile from 66. Super central to everything around NoVA and DC, and 7 mins from Mosaic district  

- light filled, end unit townhouse (there are 8 windows in the living room alone!)

- high speed internet, Netflix, amazon prime etc

- washer/ dryer in house 

- Your Bathroom will be shared with only one of the roommates.

Roommates:

- there's four of us (3 working young professionals and one student). Very respectful and quite fun dudes. We love to hangout, read, host events every once in a while (nothing crazy     

- we would love for this house to foster community while honoring the space of each of the roommates and have set parameters around how to make that happen

We are looking for someone who is interested in doing life with community and who is clean and respectful.

$900 rent/ month + utilities 

No pets
