We are two male young adults looking for a male roommate. Our existing roommate is moving out at the end of August, so move-in would be September 1. The room is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet. The room is unfurnished. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate and is just down the hall from the room. Rent is $750/month, utilities not included. Utilities are usually a little over $100/month. You will have access to the entire main level, which includes the kitchen, living room, and deck. There is also a washer and dryer that is available to use. We have been renting at this house for 3 years and have had no issues with the house or the landlord. The neighborhood is great! Quiet, considerate neighbors who are friendly. We are about a mile from Reston Town Center, we are just off Fairfax County Parkway, and access to the Dulles Toll Road is only about a mile away. We are hoping for a roommate that is looking for more than just a place to stay, but also friends to be in community with. We currently share meals occassionally, watch tv together, and do activities outside of the house for fun.
