$750 Room + Utilities Available for CF in a Capitol Hill Row House – September 1st

The Room: We have a spacious private bedroom available in our Capitol Hill rowhouse starting September 1st. The room is located in the basement that is shared with one other female. The two of you will share the bathroom that connects the two rooms. The bedroom can fit a queen bed, bookshelf, desk, nightstand, dresser, and has a large walk-in closet.

The House: The house is amazing! It’s located equal distance from the Potomac Ave and Stadium Armory metro stations (orange/sliver/blue). Zone 6 street parking is available if you have a car. The main floor is a shared living space and has an updated kitchen and living room. Our favorite part of the house is a large backyard that is perfect for summer dinner parties and fall bonfires.

The Roommates: The roommates are three Christian women in their mid to late 20’s. Stephanie works in finance, Kaitlyn is a project manager, and Jillian works for NCC. We are all active in our respective churches and communities but enjoy catching up at the end of the day or sharing a meal together when schedules align. We are currently working from home during the day until our offices reopen. In a normal, non-pandemic world, we love to host (think dinner parties, small groups, bonfires) so it is very important to us to create a clean and hospitable environment for others.

The Details: The lease is month-to-month and the rent is $750. Utilities are split equally 4-ways. A refundable security deposit of $750 and one-time lease fee of $175 will be due at lease signing.
