Professional Female seeks (cat friendly) Housing

Hello NCC Community.  I'm a professional female seeking guest house or mother-in-law-suite as a solo occupant during the sale of my current house on Capitol Hill and renovations on new property.  Georgetown or North Arlington area preferred, but flexible.
