their 30’s looking for a new Christian female housemate.
We love where we live!
It's a cozy 3-bedroom townhouse with plenty of
character located two short blocks from the Virginia Square Metro, a
few
steps across the street to Giant, and within walking distance of
everything
Clarendon and Ballston (and the surrounding neighborhoods) have to offer.
That means incredible restaurants, shopping, and events, with DC just a
few miles away. We know you'll love the location, too!
ABOUT YOUR ROOM:
-Rent is $750/month, plus utilities (about $75-100/mo). The lowest
you'll
likely find in this area.
-Plenty of street parking is always available. (But our location is so walk able and accessible that you definitely don't need a car.)

We're two fun and easygoing Christian females in our 20’s and 30’s. Most
of the time we stay pretty busy with work
and all the things we love: staying active, going
out with friends, and just enjoying our amazing location.
