Seeking CF Roommate for Clarendon Home
We're a group of late-20s and early-30s Christian women looking for a fourth roommate in our cozy and fun Clarendon home! We're friendly and hardworking people who value hospitality and community. Our ideal roommate is someone who loves Jesus, is considerate and mature, is involved in her church, and joins us for conversations on the porch over a glass of wine.
We're in a perfect, walkable location just five minutes from the Clarendon Metro, GMU Arlington campus, CVS and grocery stores. The Custis Trail is easily accessible. There's plenty of street parking, too.
Our house features an open dining and living area, hardwood floors throughout, and lots of basement storage. This corner bedroom is sunny and spacious, and includes a deep closet with built-in shelving.
Rent is $930 per month + utilities. The room is available starting August 25. The sublease will run through December 31, 2020, with the possibility of renewing.
No pets. No smoking. No overnight boyfriends.
