CF for 3-bedroom Capitol Hill rowhouse, early-mid August

We're two mid/late-20s Christian ladies looking for a third roommate to join our househunt for early-mid August in the Capitol Hill or Near Northeast neighborhood. We've identified a couple of good 3-bedroom houses, and while we haven't finalized any decisions yet, we'd love to connect with someone soon and maybe get your input on the process! Our budget hovers around $1,200/person, and we're planning to move no later than August 15.

We are both people-loving introverts who generally keep our own schedules during the week and enjoy chill roommate dinners or movie nights on the weekends. Carly works on the Hill, and Jessie is in her last year of grad school at GMU (and will be working/studying from home at least for the fall semester). We both go to Redemption Hill Church. We like to keep common spaces clean, are pretty open, and are excited to find a rowhouse to make feel like home.
