$600/month +Utilities. 1 unfurnished Bedroom in 3br, 2.5 bath townhouse available for easygoing, clean, non-smoking female tenant looking to stay at least 12 months.  Bedroom is small, but fits queen bed and has nice closet space. Additional storage available in garage if needed. Common spaces are large and mostly furnished, but could fit some more. Bathroom will be shared with 1 other female. Utilities run $100-150/month. $1300 upon move-in(First month+ security deposit). Sorry, no pets. Roommates are 2 busy career professionals in mid-late 20s—friendly, and mature. Great location off of Duke St. close to Port City Brewery. Running and biking trails also a short walk away! Shared parking space/Neighborhood street parking available and bus stop within neighborhood, very short walk. There are 5 metro stations within 3 miles/10 min. drive. Message me with any questions.
