Available Room! Capitol Hill Row Home
We are looking for someone to join us in our 4-person row home! A little bit about us- we are mid-twenties professionals who are all pretty involved in our various church communities, have lived in the city for a few years now, love Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and can’t wait to travel again post-Covid. One of us is an avid plant mom. And we have been known for group Afrobeats classes in the kitchen from time to time. We love to host (the backyard has a great fire pit!), both together and separately, and are planning a post-Covid celebration (masquerade party?), whenever that might be.
We love our house for the space, natural light, large porches, and hardwood floors. We are a short walk from Union Station, H St (and our fave Indian food restaurant!), and live on a cute little side street with great neighbors.
Because of quarantine and 2020’s general vibe, fit is really important! Our ideal roommate is someone who is chill, a little woke, respectful of common spaces, smart about social distancing, and enjoys a good wine and cheese night. Currently about two of us are home working on any given day- during the work day we’re generally pretty quiet but enjoy the occasional coffee chat.
The available room is $1,025/month plus utilities, and is available as soon as July 25th. The room is on the second floor and is a pretty good size, with lots of natural light, hardwood floors, and a shared bathroom.
