The rent for the upstairs room is $605/month (plus utilities which average around $100/month). You will share a bathroom with one other housemate. The room is approximately 9.5 feet by 12.4 feet plus a small closet.
The house is located in western Arlington about a 6-8 minute walk from the East Falls Church metro station on the Orange and Silver Line. We are within easy walking distance of Westover (Lost Dog Cafe, etc) and close also to 7 Corners (Chick-fil-A, Eden Center, Planet Fitness, Target, Home Depot, lots of restaurants and grocery stores) and Falls Church.

East Falls Church/Arlington, VA Room for CM - $605 per Month Plus Utilities
We have one room open for a Christian Male as of Monday, July 20th. We are looking for a roommate who prioritizes his relationship with Jesus and wants to live in a house with other men who do the same. Currently, the house is filled with young professionals in their 20s and 30s.
